NY Dantao Center upholds the DragonGate Tao lineage of qigong and taiji quan.
  • Wudong Taiji Quan--a classical taiji from the Wudong Taoist lineage from which the Yang family taiji derives.
  • Taiyin Qigong--Woman's qigong devoted specifically for the woman's unique matrix of health and healing.  Open to women only.
  • Immune Qigong--A empowering therapeutic qigong for healing chronic sickness.
  • Alchemy Qigong--A strengthening qigong for full development of one's potential.
